Worst company I've ever dealt with. They will not return calls or texts. They took over 7 months to ordering parts for a dishwasher, and still never let me know anything before I finally sold my house. Do not left them work on anything in your home without you being there. I watch him go through my stuff and even go thru my refrigerator on my nest camera when it wasn't there. I will NEVER USE THIS COMPANY, NOR EVER RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!!

I would highly recommend this company and their services. Not only did they go out of their way with everything. The technician spent the time explaining everything to me so that I could address anything new that could possibly come up in the future. If I ever need service again, I will be using them! Thank you!!!

Excellent!! Eugena is awesome, after 4 canceled appointments or no shows by another appliance repair company Her Appliance Repair and their Superstar Technician “Eugena” saved the day!! She fit us in to her overbooked schedule and was 100% professional, made quick work of the repair, and cleaned up to the point that we couldn’t tell she was even here. I will recommend Eugena to all my friends and neighbors.

Very professional and punctual, they spent the time needed to diagnose my dishwasher. They were accurate with their appointment times and estimates. I will use them again if I need another appliance repaired. All the associates were pleasant to talk to and work with.

Their technician “Eugenia” was great. She logically went through the problem diagnoses and referenced the appliances schematics where possible and systematically and was able to identify the root causes on my washing machine and then my subzero freezer. A most dedicated service tech I have not seen in my 30 years of business. Thanks so much for your help.

Gena is an amazing technician! She was sent out by our Home Warranty program to give second opinion on our broken dishwasher that a different company couldn’t fix after 3 visits! She was thorough, knowledgeable, diligent to fix the issue, professional, and kind.

Service tecnician was friendly and honest. She was knowledgeable and explained all repairs. I would call again for other repairs if needed.
